Texas, as a state, historically has had a lot of apathy towards college basketball. That’s changed and the state produces a lot of talent. UNT, Rice, SMU, Baylor, Houston, A&M, and Tech are all gonna get their share of talent, not just UT, You can’t ignore what’s happening on these campuses in terms of facilities development, enrollment, campus growth, etc. They may not have name recognition for basketball, but they are all building programs and have the funds and student populations to compete.
Over 8 million in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

All 12 Temple fans at Sunday's game disagree with you

It seems like they all get in their car and get on the highway every afternoon.

You know, objective systems that measure actual results over a decent sample size. Like the following:

          Oops! Hello Temple!

We're in the top 100! Well ahead of BJ.

You know what schools you WON'T find? Correct me if I'm wrong but... pretty much 99% of the remnants in our conference.

Yup. It makes me furious. But I didn't witness one second of it.

We do....it's because you live where you can afford and many times that is nowhere CLOSE to where you work.

I travel 50 miles (one way), from the East side to almost Fort Worth, when I have to go to the office. And I know a LOT of people with similar commutes, if not worse. Just the way it is.

                • Is Temple even in the top two of favorite Philly college basketball teams? Nova has to be #1. But then there is LaSslle, St. Joseph’s, Drexel, and St Peters as well. Judging from yesterday’s crowd, Temple might not be in the top four.

I just don't understand what point you are trying to make.

I wish more people hated this place. Would make it easier for me to get around LMAO

Been telling people for years not to move here. But no one listens lol

Jersey City which is NYC area. Been there many times on business. It has the most spectacular view of lower Manhattan.
